Problems with sending queue (one message at a time...)

I am new to PHPList.

I’ve been working on all the configurations, and it seems to be all good now.
I just have one problem, which I don’t understand and can’t solve.

When I try to send a message, the moment I act on ELABORATE THE QUEUE, the send process is immediately activated, but it seems to send ONLY ONE MESSAGE AT A TIME.
The window signals to leave it open, waiting for all messages to be sent…
But it doesn’t seem to do anything anymore.

If after a few minutes you try to unblock sending, then manually force queue processing again, there it goes again.
But again only one message at a time.

Maybe I am missing some knowledge.
But it all seems correct to me…

The directions you provided were accurate and decisive, thank you.
In my case the language setting is ITALIAN.
But the problem - clearly - was the same.

I modified the admin/connect.php file and now it works even with the Italian language set.
