Autoresponder doesn't send messages

After many troubles with creating messages and atoresponders, I now have both with 1098 texts, each for 1 day in year and 3 languages.
I registered 3 test users, validated and got confirmation but lessons will not be sent.

What can I check more? I thing I have done all right. First message should start after 5 minutes and other 1 day after.

@dreamcreator You will need to provide more information including what is displayed when you view the autoresponder on the Manage Autoresponders page, e.g.

Autoresponders

@dreamcreator From what you have shown the autoresponders appear to be working.

yes but only after “run processqueue” it is not automatically, Will it now work on auto?

@dreamcreator See https://resources.phplist.com/system/remote_processing

That is how phplist works. You need to process the queue to send any campaigns, not just the autoresponders. This is explained in the documentation plugin:autoresponder [phpList Resources]

I red this many times, but I wonder that my first messages went automatically and now with new test users not.
I can’t finde this cronjob address, maybe with that I could manage this autoamtically?

Is this the address for cronejob? https://list.istok.de/admin/?page=processqueue
I still don’t understand why cronejob is needed when it has once worked without.
In your link there almost nothing about this…

You can run processqueue manually through the browser but I doubt whether that will be convenient. Please see the online phplist documentation for an explanation of running a cron job https://www.phplist.org/manual/ch035_methods-of-sending-browser-cron-command-line.xhtml

this is a solution for hosted version of phplist, not selfhosted ;(
Other one solution-I don’t have ssh on my webspace account.
Normally I new cronejobs just as …php address.
Doe’s it mean I can’t use autoresponder on phplist?

It would be very frustrated, If I had known this I haven’t sit days with this prepering messages :frowning:

Do you mean that your cron job can only fetch a URL, as opposed to running a linux command? If so then you can try using the “remote processing” approach using the URL shown here
https://resources.phplist.com/system/remote_processing?s[]=secret#how_to_set_up_remote_processing_of_the_queue

When I build this link it occurs nothing and show a 404 page.

https://list.istok.de/lists/admin/?page=processqueue&secret=f8282

I guess tha last point with API key is only for phplist hosted accounts relevant

@dreamcreator The URL should be the same as when you access phplist as an admin, except with the extra secret parameter.

It seems that I have to wait to have enabled API manually, I just have sent an mail for this

I really don’t understand what you mean with:
The URL should be the same as when you access phplist as an admin, except with the extra secret parameter.

On hosted there are possible:

http://www.yoursite.com/lists/admin/?page=hostedprocessqueuesetup
and
https://www.phplist.com/API/soap.php?wdsl&tag=rainbowsongs&user=[account email]&pass=[account password]

my list is: list.istok.de

How should the url look?

Do I have to wait for API or is it only for hosted account?

@dreamcreator You access phplist at https://list.istok.de/admin/
The URL that you showed before included '/lists'.

corrected:

https://list.istok.de/admin/?page=processqueue&secret=f8282
shows in return:

{“campaign”:0,“num_users_for_message”:0,“batch_count”:0,“batch_total”:10000,“sendemail returned false total”:0,“send blocked by domain throttle”:0,“add attachment error”:0,“sendemail returned false”:0,“sentastest”:0,“invalid”:0,“failed_sent”:0,“sent”:0,“num_per_batch”:10000,“status”:“embargo”,“delaysend”:null}

So I guess it is correct. Now I should make a cronejob, f.e hourly with this url if I good understand.

Hopenly it will work. Thank YOu
