Where can I find Admin user Access Privileges setting in PhpList v3.6.13, it is there in PhpList V2.10 like attached image from PhpList v2.10 for your reference

That level of privileges are not implemented in phpList 3. To find what is available in phpList v3,. ‘Config’,‘Manage Administrators’
