I’d appreciate a brief rundown on the current state of development of phplist 4.

And if it’s anywhere near beta testing could anyone provide a link to a installation guide?

ah ok, so is phplist4 production ready? I’d been under the impression it was still being worked on…

phpList4 itself is not production-ready yet. This docs page shows the currently implemented API routes/endpoints and their status (ready or still under development):
