"I’ve successfully installed phpList on my local computer and can send campaigns with no issues.

However, I’m encountering an issue with the statistics, as they all show zeroes except for ‘emails sent.’ I’m wondering if I need to incorporate or configure analytics tools like Matomo or Google Analytics to enable the statistics to function correctly. Alternatively, do I need to host phpList on a public server to ensure that the statistics work as intended?

I’ve attempted to find answers to these questions by searching the forum and consulting the phpList manual, but I would appreciate any insights you can offer.

For statistics to work properly, your phpList install must be publicly accessible on the internet. If that is the case, you would want to enable clck tracking the config.php file.
