Web installation Error - "Initialize Database" missing

Hi,

I am trying to install phplist on ec2. When I go to /lists/admin , I see the page as in image attached.

Database has not been initialised. go to to continue

Please help.

...lists/admin/?page=initialise&firstinstall=1

Awesome. It works. I am still wondering if it was php version issue or platform issue.
I have Php 8 on Ubuntu 16 LTS.
