HI, I send out a email and afterwards some of the people i send to unsubscribe from the list. Then my list has the following number of users (in red - number of unsubs). i would like to remove those unsubs permanently from the database and am hoping these is a simple method of just doing it in bulk?

You should not do this. The red numbers are the blacklist: you can’t mail them again unless the re-subscribe. The blacklist is maintained to stop you from accidental “spamming” people, in many countries this is the law. If you delete them then you also delete the record of their unsubscription.
