Version 3.4.9 Update

I downloaded and installed version 3.4.9 but when I run it, I see it still says 3.4.8 - am I missing something or did the version tag not get updated?

Hello, the version tag is updated so please make sure the update has been completed successfully. Did you use the automatic updater to download or did you update manually?

I used the downloaded one. I will try it again.
