Hi everyone,
I’ve just recently started using phpList so this is my first time trying to use the updater. It successfully went through the first three steps but now I’ve been sitting at “Perform update” for a couple of hours and it doesn’t seem like anything is happening. The status message says “Not a downgrade!” and there’s nothing on this page to indicate what progress (if any) has been made. I don’t see any error messages either.
I can still access the dashboard and everything seems to work as usual. If I click on “Update” from the main menu, I end up back at the same “Perform update” step as before.
There is a folder called “tmp_uploaded_update” on the server that seems to have a copy of phpList in it. Other than that, there’s nothing else I can find to indicate anything is actually happening.
Can someone please help me with this? Thanks!
