Total Clicks and Unique Clicks not getting data

In my campaign statistics, the “Total Clicks” and “Unique Clicks” data always shows zero. I know this is not the case. “Unique views” and “bounces” work fine. I am wondering how I can fix this.

I have been putting them straight in the source code like this - Bempedoic acid (Nexletol®).

If I enter them with the user interface, will that make the statistics log them?

It shouldn’t make any difference if you enter them from the source code or the interface. I am not sure what the problem could be.

Are you sending HTML emails and not plain text ones? You can double check if the subscribers you are sending to are set to receive HTML versions on the subscriber profile.
