The scaling of email content when received

Brad new user, tried the online version and now have it on our servers, early testing went well, hoping to migrate off of CC and MC.

One problem I’m having is the scaling of email content when trying to use a web page as content or trying pictures, the received email looks OK on a phone but looks gigantic on a desktop.

You might want to search for some responsive email templates… ones that change layout rendering with screen size.
You would need to use those responsive templates to generate your web page that phpList reads. You might need to embed the css into the email…
