Targeting a specific set of records in a subscriber list?

I have a subscriber list with a column called “Group” which contains either “A” or “B.” Each subscriber is assigned to one of these groups. How can I send a campaign to only the subscribers where Group = A, rather than the entire list? Is that possible?

@Gigi You can use the Segment plugin, which is included with phplist and you just need to enable it. The plugin documentation is at plugin:segment [phpList Resources]
