Struggling with phplist, what to do?

I have emailed them multiple times. They send me the same stupid message, “Hi, we will make sure you are unsubscribed”. That is a given, but not what I asked. I asked only,. “How did you get my email to start with?”. They never answer.

You need to contact the site using phpList to send mail out, not phpList itself I’m afraid.
phpList is free open source and as such is available to all to use.
