Stop Message subscribers receive after confirming their email address

Hi Supporter,

Currently, I have sent confirm message to subscriber with a link [CONFIRMURL] but after some subscriber clicked confirm and then it sent auto newsletter to them again. can you guide me how to stop or remove auto newsletter to subscriber again?

I think you may have a repeating campaign set up. What do you see under Campaigns > List of campaigns?

I just see history what I sent to customer. here is what I sent to:

hmmm,

so when you say

why/how do you do this? The confirmation process is automated.

So usually

  1. someone subscribers
  2. they automatically get a confirm email
  3. they click the confirm email
  4. they are confirmed
  5. you send them campaigns

but you are doing:

  1. someone subscribers
  2. YOU send them a confirm email?
  3. they also get an automatic confirm email…

So, why do you send them this extra confirm email?

Perhaps I have misunderstood you though.

just want them click confirm and unsubscribe if they don’t want to get more our info.

Hi, ok, so you should use the invite plugin for this. This will handle the situation better for you.
