[SOLVED] Invite plugin - gdpr

i upgraded to phplist 3.3.3 and have activated the invite plugin to send a message about EU gdpr. When i sent the message to a test list i have i saw that it didnt blacklist the users as it should and furthermore when the user clicks on the confirmation url he gets a message something like “you have allready confirmed your participation on the list”

@kats Did you select ‘Invite’ on the ‘Format’ tab of the campaign composer?
