I am new to phpList. I created the attributes, but I can only get one of my created attributes to appear on the form. On the backend, I see all five I created. However, I can only see one on the subscription page. Any help much appreciated. I have looked over the manual, but I can’t seem to find it. Been working on it for three hours now.
@kenPEI You need to check the check-box for each attribute that you want to use on that particular subscribe page
