I have 700 + subscribers to one list. I sent a campaign but it processed and said 27/27 and it was complete. Can someone guide me in my error?

What I realized is that I was doing something wrong. I took an existing campaign and edited and then sent it out thinking it was a new campaign. It was not. Instead it was considered the old campaign and so it only sent to the people who were added since the campaign was first sent. Now I know I needed to create a new campaign in order to send it to all subscribers.
