So, after a few years of successfully managing a self installed PHPList app on a web server, we have decided to move our emailing activities away from the web host as they tend to frown on bulk emailing and is slows the whole process right down.
Part of setting up our new account, I need to build sub accounts for all of the sub groups wanting to using the system. However when I try to set one up and click the “Add” button,. it returns the error mentioned above.
Cany advise would be helpful as this error certainly does not point me to anything useful.
