Can I still use this plugin https://resources.phplist.com/plugin/conditionalplaceholder with the latest version of PHP List.
If Yes, then I think I am missing some thing because the conditional code is itself appearing in the Email Message

[*ELSE*]You will have full acces to our ERP.[*ENDIF*]
One more thing that do I need to copy the settings in config.php of the plugin sub folder to main config.php to get this work for me?
