Removed User from blacklist but still mailer not sent

Hi!

We have a scenario where we added a user in blacklist and after sometime removed user from blacklist but still i am unable to send mailer to that user, for other users its working fine.

Check if the user is “confirmed” in the detail tab

Also, check to see if they are above the bounce threshold you set. Even though they aren’t blacklisted, the bounce count might be keeping them from being sent the emails.
