Is there a reason why this update doesn’t show up in my 3.3.3 ACP when I click Upgrade phpList?

Sorry, admin control panel. So I learned about this update via email, but when I checked for updates in my admin control panel it said I was using the latest version. Why would this latest update not show up there?
@keeenone I’m not familiar with how the update detection mechanism there works. Hopefully someone else can provide answers.
