Queue processing stops

I’m using 3.4.0, i ask for IT to set mail.softwarelivre.org with a maximum output of 420 emails an hour, and tops 10000 a day

I have 36000 e-mails to process

And i keep geting to clic on " Process queued campaigns"

I try to put the time of 4 days 10 april to 14 april and clic send, but phplist send a small batch, then stops and continue automaticaly…
