phplist-ui-bootstrap theme isn’t showing any lists when you create a new campaign and go to Step 5. If you switch to another theme the lists show OK. Once a campaign has been sent you can go in and edit with the php-ui-bootstrap theme, and change the lists.
It’s the same issue as detailed in https://mantis.phplist.org/view.php?id=18510 but on different screens.
