Phplist suddenly stopped sending campaigns

Phplist was working several months without any issues until I tried to send new campaign in July. I did everything as usual but newsletter wasn’t send to anyone. I’m sure that time and date I set correctly and repeated sending 4 times. Each time with different time/hours.

That is what I found in Log of events:

Page: processqueue
137 23 July 2024 16:10:06 Processing has started
138 23 July 2024 16:10:06 One campaign to process
139 23 July 2024 16:10:06 Processing campaign 13
140 23 July 2024 16:10:06 Looking for subscribers
141 23 July 2024 16:10:06 Found them: 27 to process
142 23 July 2024 16:10:06 Campaign sending timed out, is past date to process until
143 23 July 2024 16:10:06 Processed 0 out of 27 subscribers

In result no mail was sent. How to fix that problem?

You need to check the “Stop sending after” date on the Scheduling tab.

“Stop sending after” was set correctly, 6 hours later than “Embargoed until”. It had to send less to 50 recipients, so 6h is more than enough. During previous campaign, in June, it took less than 60 seconds to send all: “24 messages sent in 51,87 seconds (1665 msgs/hr)”.

I tried to send July campaign 5 times, each time changing “Embargoed until” and “Stop sending after” and it failed the same way.

@maciej67 There might be a time zone issue with those times being treated as in a different time zone to your own time zone. But the simplest thing is to change that “stop sending after” date to be way in the future. The default value is I think 6 months.

I’m 100% sure that server time is corresponding with my time zone. Checked it now:
info from phpList: “Current Server Time is 21:36, Wednesday 24 July 2024”
time on my local computer: 21:36 24 07 2024
