Hi, I hope someone can shine some light on this subject. While my first email blast worked correctly, I am using a cron to process my emails but the reports are incorrect, therefore, unreliable. It reports processing an much larger number of emails than existing in the lists. Is there some setting that may need to be tweaked to correct this? I am using PHPList 3.4.4.
@estebandda Possibly some attempts at sending are failing. You can check that on the Event Log page.
Hm. That would make sense. Ok. Now I realized the quick statistics view doesn’t show the actual sent emails but the PROCESSED ones. When I went to the stats section, it does reflect the number I expected. Thank you for your help. I should have checked that first, and READ the table labels before asking for help.
