PHPList not sending newsletters even though says it does - Please Help

I have sent the same newsletter 4 times and it says it has sent but i never get an email with the newsletter and none is ever received. I get this problem every time there is an update on the program. I updated last time there was an update and then I checked and updated again after I sent the first try. Said there was another update so I did it but still does not work. Anyone have an idea of the issue? I have changed no settings or have done anything different other than update PHPList. I am using 3.6.2-RC1. Thanks

Here is more information. I looked at the list and order of emails sent by PHPList from a few days ago when the program was working.

First email received was “Campaign Started”
phpList has started sending the campaign with subject Yard Sale Ad

Second email received was “Yard Sale Ad”
This is a copy of the actual email sent out to everyone.

Third email received was “Campaign finished”
phpList has finished sending the campaign with subject Yard Sale Ad

Fourth email received was “phpList Message queue processing report”
The following events occured while processing the message queue:

Second email was “Campaign finished”

phpList has finished sending the campaign with subject Thank You

And that was it. I hope someone has an idea of what happened with the phplist program. I changed nothing and did nothing different. All I did was update the program but if I remember the one that did work was sent on march 3rd which was after I updated once then after it did not work I updated again to the current version. Maybe PHPList needs to know of the issue but I do not know how to let them know either.

Thanks for your time.

@HugATree You should look at the Event Log page to see whether there were any errors. If there are not any errors then phplist will have sent the emails successfully.

Possibly they might have gone to the spam/junk folder.

Thanks for your response. Here is the events log page for this campaign. I do not see any errors but there has not been any read newsletter out of the past tries so cannot believe they all go to spam also I have two sent to two of my emails and they do not go to spam so that cannot be it. I do not even know what else to check considering no changes were made on my part. Any more ideas? Is there a way to let PHPList know of the issue to see if they might can fix the problem. I cannot believe I am the only one with the issue.

@HugATree If you send a test email when composing a campaign, is that delivered?
You can raise the problem with the hosting company. They may be able to see what is happening to the emails.

Also, are you processing bounces?

Thanks for getting back with me. I sent a test to two separate email address one a Comcast and one a yahoo both say they were sent successfully but neither one showed up. Their has been no changes with my host and I write and run my websites myself so again no changes has been made since the last time it worked fine March 3rd. The path for emails is from my computer through a host email address set up just for this newsletter. Then from there they go to a yahoo address because Comcast will not let them pass through from yahoo they go out to everyone else. Like I said it worked fine until March 3rd so I know the idea works but is strange. Just to test I also tried sending a test using the send as “Text” option and that did not work either. What can i test or check next? As for bounces there are none found.
Thanks

Not sure if this will help but looking at available campaigns page it shows the dates of the issue.

After updating with the newest update there was still no change with my problem. I began some extensive work going as far as loading the program into another file. Since that tested fine I continued testing and working with the original. I have the name of Test and tested each and every step. It all tested fine so went back and put in the text I needed sent out and tested. All went fine. I renamed it back to the original name that I was having problems with and it would not test correctly. I renamed and tested each and every step and selecting the correct group in the correct step I continued testing each step. All tested fine so I sent it and went out fine. For some reason it would not send the newsletter when named Thank You but when I named it Thanks it worked and that was the only difference. There were many campaigns named Thank You because I kept trying but does not make any sense why a newsletter named Thank You would not work but when named Thanks it would. But it did. Anyone know why this would be the problem?
Thanks.
