I am on a paid membership on phplist.com. I was able to send emails but once I asked them to install DKIM keys so I could send with a from address of our domain no emails are being received. Their support is not answering my emails, just like when I first requested the DKIM keys I had to wait 10 days for a response. Is this what I can expect when ever I have an issue? I am 20 days into my first month subscription and I have not been able to send anything because the support is so bad.
