PHP Error when Exporting

Im getting error:

“Uncaught TypeError: mysqli_fetch_assoc(): Argument #1 ($result) must be of type mysqli_result, bool given in C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\PHPLIST\lists\admin\mysqli.inc:275”

Any ideas?

Also getting:
“Database error 1525 while doing query Incorrect TIMESTAMP value: ’ 00:00:00’”
