I’m not sure if this has anything to do with phpList or whether it’s just weird behavior on the part of a user. I sent a campaign today and most of the activity looks normal, but the “Open statistics” for that campaign show that one particular user (using a Gmail address) supposedly opened the message 37 times in about 10 minutes. Some of the opens were within a few seconds of each other, and at least two were apparently done quickly enough that they both have the same date/time.
Can I disregard this as just a user issue or is there something I should be looking at on my side? I don’t know what would cause anomalous open stats on the server side, but I figured it was worth asking the community for input about this.
