One click usubscribe that uses email instead of ID

Is it possible to construct an unsubscription URL that would be constructed with the email address instead of the user ID …AND… one that would unsubscribe the email immediately, rather than making the user click unsubscribe?

@otaviof Yes, but currently I believe you will need some custom hacking for that. The REST API can almost but not quite do this (see https://www.phplist.org/phplist-4-update/).
