We have been using PHPList for a couple of years now, but I have noticed that PHP List does not record the bounces for us. Is that a bug, or I have some configuration issues that I need to look for?

It sounds like your bounce settings are not setup correctly. Here’s a link to the part of the manual that goes over how to configure that:
