I made multilingual subscription pages and multilingual templates. But how do I make is so that I can select which language of [FOOTER] and [SIGNATURE] to use? How do I set up the system mails to be multilingual? Perhaps there is a plugin which can do what I’m looking for?

It is awkward, that the footer is not part of the template. Templates can be used for different languages but the system footer is one language only.
The footer should be discontinued and be handled by the template only.
