In next couple of days I plan to change vps provider and I got in touch with few different providers. One that seems the best solution for me also explained me rules about sending emails and I’m not quite sure what does this mean:
“Therefore, it is not allowed, to have more than one simultaneously open SMTP connection”
Does this mean it is able to send one email at a time or it means emails are allowed to be sent from one SMTP only?
After they also wrote:
“E-Mail marketing, permission marketing, mass-newsletters with opt-in or double opt-in violate our terms of use since this is illegal in Germany”.
Does this mean I can’t use phplist to send emails twith phplist to my customers from their server at all? After all, phplist is meant to send same email to multiple subscribers as I understand (not spamming, of course!)
