When updating to phplist 3613, I get the following reaction after the download phase at peform update start, see snap231164 in annexe.

Can you tell me, where this information “maintenance mode” is stored?

delete the “maintenance mode” in php_list_config table and action.txt in config folder. Still coming in cannot set maintenance mode

@JeanB Look for a row in the config table whose item column is 'update_in_progress' and delete that.

In fact, the update is OK now, in 3613

But , and this is strange, when sending a message it says OK send

but nothing is going out to the different addresses.

Any ideas?
