I have a local host install using XAMP on a windows 10 machine. I am able to “SEND TEST” within the campaign.
But if I go through the process of creating the campaign and the “Place campaign in queue for sending”, then do the PROCESS QUEUE or System Send the Queue, nothing happens.
If I look the statistics, nothing is sent.

I am not sure how to get a campaign sent?
