Ever since I upgraded to 3.5.8, in November for me, and I am now on 3.5.9, the links contained within the header are broken.
Each link used to function and look like this:

List-Unsubscribe: https://www.myurl.com/pm/public_html/lists/?p=unsubscribe&uid=f091e45c13d0e2e3e730c17628614cec&jo=1
List-Unsubscribe-Post: List-Unsubscribe=One-Click
List-Subscribe: https://www.myurl.com/pm/public_html/lists/?p=subscribe
Now all links are broken, and look like this. Notice they bread at the question mark:
