Is possible to ask the reason of Unsuscribe?

Hi Everybody,

Right now if any user clicks on the unsubscribe the systems act immeditably.
Do I want to ask before the unsubscribe the reason before it comes out, is it possible?
My version is v3.6.14

Add this setting to the config.php file with a value of 0

// if a user should immediately be unsubscribed, when using their personal URL, instead of
// the default way, which will ask them for a reason, set this to 1
define('UNSUBSCRIBE_JUMPOFF', 0);
