Is forum the only support?

Is there an actual support function for PHPlist, like a call center where I can open a Trouble Ticket? Or is it just the hit-or-miss forum?

if you are running phpList on your own server independently you can always post questions at this forum and/or have a look at the manual.

If you have a phpList Hosted account from phpList.com, you can contact the support team from your account’s dashboard.
