I discovered this with the help of this post which found on Google

When I am searching for to do that kind of stuff.
And I still want to know how to do it myself as discussed in this post
Is it possible to do this now because it is written in this post that it is not possible to do so
I’m afraid the answer is still that as phpList uses subscriber’s email addresses to send messages out, only if the WhatsApp user signs up to your phpList via an email. phpList does not send to WhatsApp directly.
