Hi All,
I have a new install of PHPList (3.2.5) installed through softaculous on my web host.
I just hit the install button, logged into PHPList, created two extra atrributes “First Name” and “Last Name”, then tried to import a CSV.
The CSV looks, in part like this:
Email,First Name,Last Name
peter@clubengineer.org,Peter,Hinrichsen
(I changed the delimiter field to a comma)
I get the error:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@newsletter.clubengineer.org to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I have found a file called “error_log.log” and it is empty.
I have entry level PHP skills so can look at the code, however did not expect this with a fresh install.
