Hi, I think you need to provide some additional data, such as how the email was generated, and the url that points to the image(s).
One way you can troubleshoot is to open the email, and if there is a placeholder for the image, rind out what the source url is for the image. That should show up in a browser…
Perhaps it’s the email client that is not rendering the image?
