I am unable to upload an image to my campaigne from my computer after clicking on insert image option i get this (pic enclosed) and there is no upload option Please Help

You need to add that section to config.php and set it to the directory into where you want to upload images.

There is a guide to installing and using phplist https://www.phplist.org/manual/ch028_installation.xhtml
and on configuring the CKEditor plugin GitHub - bramley/phplist-plugin-ckeditor: Plugin for phplist to use CKEditor

If this is too difficult then you can ask for paid support or look to use phplist hosted https://www.phplist.com/

Indeed, running phpList is an advanced task which requires many different skills. I have been using it for 5 years myself, and I always used www.phpList.com (even though I have my own server space and host my own wordpress sites) because I don’t want to deal with the technical side of stuff and want to focus on my campaigns.
