Dear All,

I have setting for campaign on PHPLIST version 3.0.12.

A few days a go, I get problem while send to Yahoo account mail as below

SMTP error from remote mail server after pipelined MAIL FROM:xxxx@xxxxxx.com SIZE=86613: 421 4.7.0 [TSS04] Messages from xx.xx.xxx.xxx temporarily deferred due to user complaints - 4.16.55.1; see https://help.yahoo.com/kb/postmaster/SLN3434.html

There’s any solution regading this issue.

If you are on shared hosting this means that there are other users on that server and, crucially, with the same IP address. Consequently if they have been spamming or otherwise causing the Yahoo users to complain, this may be happening to you as a result of collateral damage. In other words you are suffering as a result of your neighbour’s behaviour. As the messages have been temporarily deferred you just have to wait.

Another possibility, if you do not have a captcha on your signup, is that bots could be signing up and generating a sequence of emails requesting confirmation, possibly several per second. That would also lead to complaints. The solution here would be to install a captcha: I favour the reCaptcha available as a plugin.
