I have created a template file which I will use over and over. My problem is that I can’t import the template into the draft campaign and then just change the relevant sections and pictures. I can of course copy the source from the template and paste it into the draft campaign - but this seems like a long winded way of doing things.
@Alastairo That is not how phplist templates work.
If you want to use one campaign as the basis for a new one then you can try two other approaches
- the Manage Campaigns plugin lets you copy the content of one campaign to a new one. So you would not use a template but each campaign would be the complete content
- the Content Areas plugin provides more flexibility in having several content areas in the template, but it is a bit more complex to use.
