Hotmail, outlook, msn issues

I realize many people have issues sending to hotmail, msn,. and outlook. These problems are not unique to phplist.

I have approx 13,000 email addresses. Approx 1600/hour. Outgoing emails all validate.

My 1300 hotmail addresses all come back with the mail server [x.x.x.x] has been temporarily rate limited due to IP reputation. Eventually they go through.

I created a new subscriber list just for my 1300 microsoft addresses. Sent my email off. They all were sent. Then I used my 13,000 subscriber list. All good. Best results I’ve had in a long time.

Hopefully I am not jinxing myself. :slight_smile:

We have been sending over 200,000 emails per month on a regular basis. Recently, we saw an uptick in MSN bounce backs. It took a few tests but I found the old DKIMplugin I was using no longer worked correctly. I downloaded the one from the plugins area and added my info into it and everything seems to be working again. Just a thought to set you on a course. - Doug
