Can anyone tell me if phpList is HIPAA Compliant? And if so, will phpList sign a Business Associate Agreement?
I can’t answer either question, but I can clarify that this forum is for support of the phpList software, not the phpList hosted service. Since your question would not (and cannot possibly) apply to self-hosted software, I assume you are referring to the hosted service. I recommend sending email to a relevant address - maybe info@phplist.com would be useful.
