Hi,
im luca and iv a big proble…on my server there is ver 3.2.4 and i config for use an external smtp… data od smtp user pw port connection is right, but system every time give me in debiug mode this :smile:

CLIENT -> SERVER: EHLO yaxxxxxxxxxx
CLIENT -> SERVER: AUTH LOGIN
CLIENT -> SERVER: aW5mb0BjYWljY29lYmVuZXNzZXJlLml0
CLIENT -> SERVER: a2lhcmExOTk3
CLIENT -> SERVER: MAIL FROM:info@yacxxxxxx.it
CLIENT -> SERVER: RCPT TO:caxxxxxxxx@gmail.com
CLIENT -> SERVER: DATA
SMTP ERROR: DATA command failed: 566 SMTP limit exceeded
SMTP Error: data not accepted.
CLIENT -> SERVER: QUIT
SMTP ERROR: QUIT command failed:

can you help me!!!

Hi Luca,

The ‘556 SMTP limit exceeded’ tells you that you have already sent the quantity of emails that are allowed, and now it won’t accept any more emails to send.

Do you know what the limit (number of emails per hour/day/month) that you are allowed to send through the smtp server?
