Hi all - I’m using the Amazon SES API and all is setup well. I’ve sent campaigns recently that have had decent send rates of 18k/hr. These campaigns did not exclude any lists. However, once I setup a new clean campaign with lists to exclude, the send rate is halved to 10k/hr. Any insight on why this is, or if there are settings that would improve this issue?
