Emails going to JUNK hotmail/outlook web folders

I’m sending via GSuite/Gmail Account. Sending to my hostgator email is fine, gmail fine but anything MS outlook, hotmail it goes to my junk folder.

Looking at my headers, BCL, DMARC, SPF, DKIM all look okay.

Any ideas?

I had a problem with my email limits going out and my server sent out 3000 emails in a very short time. My hosting company stopped it at 800 and the rest came back. This has been a few years and all of my email emails going out from my server (phplist or not) have a very hard time getting thru. Most mail servers allow them to get thru now but not any of Microsoft’s. Outlook. Hotmail, msn, and all the rest hardly ever get thru. I got some headers from MS at first that said rejected for suspicious IP address. I do have a stagnate IP address and all of my emails from all my domains have a hard time with any of MS email servers. Has anyone had this problem and found a fix???
