@gustavomelo Hello and welcome!

Firstly you don’t need to use a bounces address for the sender address; you will only receive replies to that address; the bounces address is set separately so you can use a more familar bounces address. See https://www.phplist.org/manual/ch040_bounce-management.xhtml.

Secondly: please provide more background to your deliverability issue. Have you sent bulk mail from the same IP address before? Using which software? How recently? Is there any indication that the issue is phpList rather than your server, hosting company, SMTP settings, domain reputation, IP reputation, sender address reputation, and campaign content?

You may want to try registering for Google Postmaster tools, and throttling your outbound mail.
See https://www.phplist.org/manual/ch050_send-speed.xhtml

Just run http://isnotspam.com/

What’s the question?

Still going to spam, even small test lists with 4 or 5 gmail or hotmail e-mails… plain text, “test” message only… :frowning:

Almost solved by using :

https://gmail.com/postmaster/

https://sendersupport.olc.protection.outlook.com/snds/

http://public.pyzor.org/whitelist/

https://www.dnswl.org

Still going to spam on a few mail boxes, but nothing abnormal now…
